RED LION WARRANTY STATEMENT

Red Lion guarantees all of our products to be free of material and workmanship defects for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. This warranty includes the product functioning to all advertised specifications. If a product fails to meet specifications, Red Lion will inspect all product under warranty and will repair or replace at our discretion. Acceptance for the return of product reported defective by the customer does not imply or acknowledge that product is defective in design or manufacture.

Credit for defective product will only be considered in cases where the customer clearly states the defect and a design or manufacturing defect has been verified by Red Lion. Units that exhibit exposure to conditions not consistent with unit design or function will not be considered for credit, even though they may be within the warranty repair period. THE FOREGOING IS A PLAIN-LANGUAGE SUMMARY OF OUR WARRANTY, WHICH IS DEFINED MORE PRECISELY WITHIN OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. THE WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES AND COVENANTS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE EQUIPMENT AND ANY DEFECTS THEREIN OF ANY NATURE WHATEVER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
